BUSINESS PARTNER (ADVISER)

These are partner who has contacts at top management level in any prospective company and would like to recommend WRENCH to them and get paid for that. The product will be sold to client by WRENCH or its Sales partner and implemented by its System integration partner.

 

BUSINESS PARTNER (SALES ASSOCIATE)

These are partners that has been identified to market and sell WRENCH to the prospects in a country or city within a specified duration. This partner will make the sale of the product directly to the client and the implementation will be done my WRENCH or its system integration or implementation partner.

Commitment from partner: Need to provide a list of prospects and a quarterly market coverage plan.

Pre-requisite:

- One sales engineer who is certified by WRENCH at beginner level. This engineer should be able to introduce and explain to the prospect on WRENCH and give a first level presentation. Certification ensures that the Engineer has the adequate knowledge for the same.

BUSINESS PARTNER (SYSTEM INTEGRATOR)

These are partner that has been identified to market, sell and implement WRENCH to the prospects in in a country or city within a specified duration. This partner will sell the product directly to the client and also handle the implementation.

- Implementation resource certified by WRENCH at Advanced level. This team will have the capability to handle the implementation of WRENCH

- Organisation level: Should have handled enterprise software project implementation in the past and one project manager should be certified by WRENCH at Advanced level on WRENCH and implementation management.

How to Become a Partner


WRENCH Suite of product is a unique in the market that address the needs of an Engineering company. We work through partners to promote, implement and support our product globally. Since partners could have different capabilities we have structured the partnership into three different level which is as explained below.

Background:
WRENCH suite of products being an Enterprise solution needs to be positioned to the top management of the company as a business solution to improve the organisations productivity. Also during the scope finalisation phase the partner needs to work with the line managers of the various disciplines to understand their challenges and requirement so that the expectation and scope is clear. The implementation of the solution requires a good domain knowledge in the respective vertical market and experience in management of enterprise software solution projects. So based on the existing capability of the partner organisation the partner can make a choice of the type of partnership. The partner can move to the next level over a period of time.
